This site (belladpp.com) is operated by BellaBinary. For any request regarding your personal data: info@bellabinary.com.
What data do we process?
Personal data is collected from two sources only:
- Demo/contact form: full name, email, company name, phone and message. Only full name and email are required.
- Optional analytics: if you consent, usage data such as page views, session and device/browser information. Without consent this data is not processed.
The site has no sign-up, payment or profile creation; no such data is collected.
Purpose and legal basis
- Form data is processed to respond to your request and to establish commercial contact — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- Analytics data is processed to measure and improve the site — legal basis: your explicit consent (the cookie banner).
Who do we share it with?
Your form data is never sold or transferred for marketing purposes. Only our email infrastructure (SMTP provider) and, if you consented, the analytics providers technically touch the data. Some analytics providers may use servers outside the European Union (US); that transfer does not occur unless you consent.
Retention
Requests submitted through the form are kept for at most 24 months after the exchange is complete, then deleted. Analytics data is subject to the provider default (14 months for Google Analytics 4).
Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK Art.11 you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable form and to withdraw consent. Send your request to info@bellabinary.com; it is answered within 30 days at the latest.
Security
Site and API traffic is encrypted with TLS. Form data is delivered by email and is not stored as a record in the management panel.
